Taking time away from work is an important part of maintaining a healthy attitude.

As a KBA employee, you will accrue paid annual leave at a rate that increases as your time with KBA grows. The first year you will be eligible for two weeks paid vacation and all the major holidays.

The headquarter employees enjoy the sparkle season which is from December 24th till January 3rd. In addition everyone is entitled to choice of religious holidays.

The KBA educational assistance program allows for certification reimbursement.
